We are a family company working for over 19 years in holiday rentals at the Costa Blanca. It´s very important to us to offer our customers a personal and individual service. On the day of your arrival we will welcome you in our office which is located close to our villas. There, you will receive the coordinates as well as a short description of the villa you have rented, thus you are only a few minutes away to start your relaxing holidays.

Nice sized and comfortable villa with private pool in Calpe, Alicante up to 6 people. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property offers a gravel and trees garden, a really nice pool and lovely views to the salt lake, the town, the sea and the Ifach Rock. The villa has a lovely living area with chimney (wood) and flat-screen TV, satellite antenna dish (Astra), a cozy dining area and a laundry area with washing machine. It also offers an open concept kitchen with electric kitchen & oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffe machine, kettle and toaster.

Neighborhood info

The villa is located in a residential area, close to restaurants, pubs & bars, supermarkets and a tennis court, 900 metres away from the beach and 90 metres from the Salt lakes, where you can be able to watch beautiful flamingos as they live in this natural environment most part of the year. Really close to the beach, places to visit, sport activities and shops it is the perfect location to spend a great time with your family or friends. The villa is located in Calpe where you can visit the 'Ifach Rock' (nice walk and beautiful views) and enjoy the long beautiful sand beaches. The port area is well known for its restaurants (specialized in rices & seafood). Moraira is the nearest town, where you can also enjoy the lovely sand beach, visit the castle and the port, walk along the promenade and enjoy visiting the pretty old town.
