ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival you must contact the agency to give data for check-in. - One day before your arrival the reception office provide time and place to pick-up the key. - Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m. - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m. - Late check-in is provided only if it is possible. Please specify availability, cost and hours upon prior request. DEPOSIT Upon arrival guests pay 300,00 euros by bank card for the deposit. It is refunded within 7 days since check-out if the house is in agreed conditions. PRIOR REQUEST - Transfer service is arranged for extra fee 72 hours beforehand. - Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge. - Second baby cot and high chair 10,00 euros/day. - Extra bed if available: 28,00 euros/day. All additional amounts paid to the agency upon arrival. TOURISM TAX Since July 2016 local authorities established tourism tax (ecotax): - 2,20 euros / person / night for the first 8 days. All following days 1,10 euros / person / night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old. - It is mandatory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in National Police Portal. ALL GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 16 MUST SEND THE FOLLOWING DATA: 1. Flight arrival and departure time. 2. Mobile phone number. 3. Passport or identity card number. 4. Name and surname. 5. Date of birth. 6. Date of issue of passport or identity document. 7. Expiry date of passport or identity document. 8. Country.

Port d′Alcudia es un pequeño puerto pesquero, que hoy en día se ha convertido en un lugar popular para las personas que disfrutan de la vida en la playa. El paseo marítimo ha ganado varios concursos de arquitectura y urbanismo y es el escenario perfecto para caminar con su fragante aroma y la agradable brisa, entre "llaüts", los barcos de pesca tradicionales, y el moderno puerto deportivo Alcudiamar. Por otro lado, allí también encontrará los mejores restaurantes de pescado, heladerías y tiendas de ropa. Y frente a la playa, kilómetros de arena fina que dibuja la bahía de Alcúdia con sus cristalinas aguas de color turquesa. Es la playa más popular, que cuenta con todo tipo de servicios: bares, alquiler de embarcaciones y cursos de vela y un parque acuático. Pero esta playa, la más larga de Mallorca (10 km), no es la única. En las inmediaciones encontrará casi una veintena: de arena, cantos rodados, rocosas, accesibles sólo por mar. Entre las playas íntimas destaca Alcanada, o la S′Illot Coll Baix. Esta última es una verdadera maravilla de la naturaleza a la que sólo se accede en barco o después de una agradable excursión entre pinos y rocas.
