Newly renovated villa with private pool in Playa Blanca located 180 meters from the beach and the promenade. Views of the Atlantic Ocean. The villa has 2 independent floors. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and outside dining room. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The villa has a garden with barbecue area and parking. Towels and bed linen are provided. Free WiFi and air conditioning (subject to supplement) The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with showers on 2 separate floors. Distribution: last floor: Kitchen: Fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Dining room: - An exterior one on the porch next to the living room. - Another exterior in the barbecue area under a pergola. Lounge: It has a 50” smart TV. Bedrooms: - Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed. - Bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm with a bathroom next to the room. Laundry room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Low level: Kitchen: Equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Dining room: Interior dining room next to the kitchen. Lounge: It has a 55” smart TV. Bedrooms: - Bedroom with bathroom en suite with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm. - Bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm with a bathroom next to the room. Outside area: The Villa consists of a large garden with great privacy with a private pool (it can be heated on request and with a supplement) and a solarium area with sun loungers. There is also a barbecue area and a pergola with a dining area. Parking inside the villa with roof.
