The idea for Vida Villas came about after my family and I had been renting and staying in private holiday villas and apartments for many years. Like many of our guests who now come to stay in the properties we have listed on our site, we were lucky enough to go on holiday several times a year and quite often chose to stay in private villas or apartments. We travelled to many destinations in Europe at the time because we had small children, we tried France, Italy, Greece, the Spanish mainland then Ibiza and Menorca amongst other destinations, eventually when our children were starting school we found our favourite spot that was Pollença nestled in the North East corner of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands. We continued to take holidays in private rental villas in Pollença until one day in 2006 we decided to take the plunge and buy our first property on Mallorca for a holiday home. We were feeling brave and decided to buy a run down town house in the historic quarter of Pollensa. Six months after the purchase we sold our UK businesses and home to moved full time to Pollença, Mallorca to start a new life. We welcome you to enjoy your holiday in one of our private holiday homes.

The Beach House is a detached house is in it’s own private gardens with private pool is situated in the small resort of Illetas with the luxury of direct access to a private sandy beach. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops and on a bus route to neighbouring resorts and the city of Palma. A beautiful house with sea views and a nice mix between the traditional Mallorca style and the most current design style, an ideal place to spend your holidays with family or with friends. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 2 twin and all with their own bathroom. It has a great open plan kitchen and a large terrace for outside dining with sea views. BBQ, table tennis, wifi and private access to a secluded beach. Here you can enjoy the true Mallorca lifestyle. You will discover the perfect place to enjoy the beach and the beautiful city of Palma with it’s famous cathedral. Portals nous and Bending are close by, as are nice cosmopolitan restaurants, lovely beaches and supermarket etc. A perfect location Private, secure parking for several cars. WHEN YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION FOR THIS PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED A PRE-PAYMENT AMOUNT OF 50%. THE BALANCE IS THEN PAID 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
