It lies on right on the crossover between the Gothic old city center and the modern Eixample, combining the best of both. There are more restaurants, bars, museums, and shops here per m2 than anywhere else in the city! Getting around Because of the very centric location, there a ton of transport links, taking you to anywhere in the city via bus or metro in the neighborhood. The aeroport shuttle bus, the "Aerobus" stops at Plaça Universitat, just one block down, and then fun Hop-on-op-off Barcelona Bus Turistic has a stop close by as well.
