Attic in Los Remedios with air conditioning and ceiling fan. Next to Avenida Republica Argentina and Subway. Tourist area 8 minutes away. Feria de Sevilla site at end of the stret. Kitchen with sink, fridge, hob, microwave, washing machine and cooking/eating utensils (glasess, plates, cutlery, pan, saucepan, etc). Bar table and dinning table. Double bed (135x190) with pillows and multiple cushion to use it as a sofa as well. Bathroon with shower, sink, camode, mirror and towels. All guest are required to submit passport and/or national ID at least 24 hours prior to check in. Visitors from countries that require entry visa to Spain are required to submit photo of relevant visa and/or passport page.
