The flat has a communal swimming pool and a terrace with sea views for sunbathing. The flat is located a few metres from the promenade overlooking the ocean and the famous golden dunes. It is also surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets and only a few minutes away from the 'Sandia' and 'Yumbo' shopping centre. The complex has some accessible parking spaces. These are limited and not allocated, but can be useful in case parking is not possible in the communal street. It is a great location, you can reach everything on foot.
