Its a small one bedroom atic with a terrace, perfect for a couple or a family with small children Recently refurbished and in good conditions. On the terrace you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and later dinner or just a glas of wine in the end of the day. In response to COVID-19, additional sanitary security measures have been implemented. New protocols for sanitary measures include: Comprehensive cleaning measures for all rooms and cleaned with specific products The apartment will remain closed at the entrance and exit of with a safety margin for staff and guests. All objects that allow it will be laminated and cleaned (TV controls, air conditioning, etc.). These averages are added to the measures proposed by the Government, as well as by the main associations in the sector.

Quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood. With the traditional market of Collblanc less than 10 minutes away, where you can find fresh products, with an authentic neighborhood treat and friendly. It is a unique experience!. 15 minutes walking from the Camp Nou (Estadio Futbol Club Barcelona). Next to the Sants district, Plaza España, the Palau de Montjuïc (National Museum of Contemporary Art), Feria de Barcelona and others. The apartment is within walking distance of the Torrassa Park, with play area for children, space for dogs' enjoyment, long walks and quiet corners to read in the sun. The cheapest indoor parking in Barcelona (Parking Travelers) 10 minutes walk.
