Beautiful apartment on the seafront, just steps from the sandy beach in one of the quietest residential areas of Alcúdia, overlooking the entire bay of Pollença and Cap Formentor. Sunset Villa Nixe has a spectacular terrace and dining room facing west where you will enjoy magical sunsets. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story villa. The ground floor belongs to another owner. This place is ideal for tranquility, walks along the coast and enjoying the sea without crowds. The house is perfect for a quiet vacation whether you are traveling as a couple or as a whole family away from tourist crowds and noise. Let yourself be delighted by the sound of the sea and the wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, by choosing Sunset Villa Nixe, you will not be disappointed.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the northern part of the island, on the coast of the Bay of Pollença. It is perfect for practicing water sports such as canoeing, fishing or diving and discovering the reefs of the bay. The closest supermarkets, restaurants and shops are located in Alcúdia (15 minutes walk), one of the most historic and beautiful cities on the north coast of Mallorca. You can walk around the area to Es Barcarès, 5 minutes from the apartment, a residential area next to the sea with beaches and coves ideal for a walk. It is also very close to Mal Pas, where the beautiful natural sandy coves of Sant Joan and Sant Pere are located, perfect for the whole family. It is a 20-minute walk from the coast of Bonaire, where you can explore small unspoilt coves.
