Villa Mediterrania: exclusive villa 120m from Canyelles Beach with private pool and panoramic sea views! HOUSE'S RULES: - In this house the groups of young people are NOT ALLOWED. - In this house pets are allowed, with prior authorization from us. The house has two floors: First floor: Living room with access to the pool terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles, American kitchen in the living room with access to the garden and the pool terrace and 1 toilet. Second floor: 1 bedroom suite with double bed with access to the balcony and large bathroom with bathtub. This room has stunning sea views. 2 double bedrooms with single beds and large bathroom with shower. The garage is accessed through the small ramp from the street, you can also park your car on the ramp (inside the property) or on the street right in front of the house as it is a very quiet street with no exit. Villa Mediterrania has a luxurious outdoor area as it offers a lot of privacy. Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, barbecue, private pool and with sun throughout the day. Sheets included in the price of accommodation. Towels with additional supplement (optional).

Villa Mediterrania is in an unbeatable area where you can relax with its beautiful views of the sea and the beach. Exclusive location, you can walk to the beach, without having to look for parking. The urbanization where the house is located, has stairs that go down to the beach or the marina, exclusive for residents of the area. Area with tennis club, marina, water activities and prestigious restaurants in Lloret de Mar. The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, with everything you need for your purchases.
