Finca Lluisa (Cas Garriguer) to live the Mallorcan nature in all its splendor, to enjoy the magical light of Balearic sunset, to dream under a clear starry sky and to observe the breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountain range and the Mediterranean sea... these are some of the pleasures that this Luxury villa offers you for your holidays. The setting of Finca Lluisa is exceptional, framed in the hill of the mountain with the same name, Garrafa, in the Serra de Tramuntana, within a land of 700.000 m2 in which the olive trees and cypresses, coexist with other Majorcan species like laurels and fig trees where time stands still. In a few minutes you can reach the beaches of Camp de Mar, Platja Palmira and Cala Fornells. The house is surrounded by several shaded terraces and an impressive 200 m2 main ter terrace with a swimming pool and sea views. Here you can enjoy sunbathing by the pool or just some relaxed moments under the shade. Finca Lluisa is an impressive Majorcan stone villa renovated with every comfort and with details of classic Balearic architecture. We access the house by a hall from which we can access the 1s floor where we find all 3 bedrooms.

If you have not yet had the good fortune to visit him, we invite you to discover what to see and do in Port de Andratx, a charming town that, with good reason, has become one of the most visited destinations in all of Mallorca. Located 30 km from Palma de Mallorca and 5 km from Andratx, Port de Andratx used to be a haven for fishermen, but it became a modern port town and one of the most important tourist centers in the Balearic archipelago. Its idyllic sea and mountain landscape includes beautiful coves and beaches with clear waters, where it is possible to practice various water activities, such as diving and canoeing, as well as to undertake interesting kayak or boat excursions. In addition to water sports, it is worth saying that Port de Andratx also offers the possibility of hiking in its surroundings, as well as playing golf on its Golf d'Andratx.
