The apartment was very comfortable, clean and felt safe. Check-in was easy and friendly. The location is good, especially to visit Gaudi architecture, but was a bit far from the old city- Raval and Barri Gotic- and the hillside of Montjuic. It was, however, within two blocks of a metro station and the Barcelona transit system, both bus and metro, is superb. We wanted to walk a lot, but could also get from the apartment to where we wanted to go by bus or metro easily. There are two excellent bakeries on the corner so we had fresh croissant and baguettes every day, and numerous nice tapas places nearby. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant Lecca Baffi.
