We present our beautiful 2-bedroom flat which has been recently refurbished, very close to the beach and the town centre. It is located near one of the renowned golf courses in Benalmádena Costa surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and leisure facilities. High safety and good quality residential complex that will make exploring Benalmádena much more comfortable. Do not miss the opportunity to book this property that will make your holidays unforgettable for you and your family. The flat is located in a gorgeous resident area with private parking, 24 hours surveillance service, alarm system and security. It has private access from the street and also a communal rooftop swimming pool with a view of the sea and mountain. It has a huge living room which connects with the terrace overlooking the south. You and your family will be just a few minute walk from the marvelous beaches from Benalmádena, 25 minutes away on foot from the Mediterranean Sea. You will find plenty of fun activities to do as well as playgrounds for children and leisure facilities nearby the property. You will love the amenities that we offer in our property, from a morning cup of coffee in our magnificent terrace with stunning views of Fuengirola Bay, to Netflix nights having fun with the family and watching its wide variety of films in the evenings and breathtaking sunsets. With more than 300 sunny days per year, Benalmádena is a perfect place even in winter where you can really sunbathe at 20 º. Enjoy fabulous walks through Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena and along its promenade, and do not forget to try our varied and rich gastronomy with high quality food. The property has wonderful natural light and a large terrace with views to the sea and the golf course, but there is even more!
