Historic estate located in the Barrio del Carmen between the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the Mercat Central, the building consists of 4 floors and is made up of 3 rooms, a Studio, a Suite and a Duplex, all of them with balconies that offer spectacular views of the Plaza de Merced, a reference square for its mythical Falla. On the lower floor we find "El Estudio", an apartment with a balcony, a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom, air conditioning with hot and cold. On the upper floor, "The Suite" spacious room with balcony, king size bed (or 2 single beds), desk, dressing table, Nespresso with coffee capsules and minibar, also has conditioning/heating, WIFI and smart TV. On the top floor of "El duplex", a two-storey apartment. The upper floor has a double bed and bathroom en suite, heating and air conditioning, the lower floor with balcony has a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, toilet and fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer. , washing machine and fridge.
