It consists of a cozy living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in 2 of the 4 bedrooms) and fans. Its spacious outdoor area offers a generous pool where guests can take a refreshing dip, a barbecue next to a dining table and a parasol where you can enjoy delicious meals outdoors, and an open, furnished terrace area. From here you can also enjoy the beautiful views over the ocean and the surrounding landscape with a glass of wine. The closest beach, Cala Alcaufar, is just 140m away (2 minutes walking), and the airport of the island is also conveniently located in Mahon (20 minutes driving; 13.8km). There are security cameras inside the house (not outside), but they can be turned off during the stay upon request. No parties are allowed in this accommodation.
