This villa is the ideal destination if you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the wonderful natural surroundings for which the island of Lanzarote has been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. It is located about 20 minutes walk to the center of Playa Blanca and close to the Playa Doradas beach with its turquoise waters perfect for families.

Property info

Villa Alegría is a magnificent property located in the south of the island of Lanzarote. It is perfectly equipped and has four bedrooms with a total capacity for 8 people. The living room and dining room overlook the pool area. The furniture is of high quality and is very well preserved. Villa Alegria has air conditioning / heating, international TV channels and DVD player. The apartment has Air Conditioning, works with coins (not included in the price) The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge / freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and toaster. In the garden area there is a heated pool without additional cost between the months of November and May (other seasons have an additional cost). Pool heats between 26ºC-28ºC maximum and you will have to cover during the night. You will also have special towels for exclusive use in the pool area. On the terrace there are individual sun loungers where you can relax comfortably while enjoying the sun during your stay. There is also a large table / dining room with 8 chairs and a barbecue area for cookouts. The garden has an equipped mini golf It also has available for use: iron, washing machine, safe, free Internet access (WiFi), outdoor parking area, TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

A dream villa where you can take advantage of the tranquility of the area. It has a large garden, with a miniature golf course, comfortable loungers for sunbathing and resting, in the pool area. Ideal for families or group of friends who love privacy. 15 minutes walking distance to the center of town with all facilities like bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket
