Stunning luxury Villa located within 5 min walking of the best natural beach area of Marbella -Artola Dunes. Renewed 2021 and new for rent in the market, with 5 en-suite bedrooms on a single floor, all of them with A/C and 42’’Smart TVs. Four with king size beds, one with twin beds. Very spacious rooms, with large windows for great sunlight. Direct access from most spaces of the villa to the beautiful private garden with grown up palm and pine trees, giant yuccas and some others. Large private pool, filtered with skin-friendly salt system will offer opportunity to relax on the provided sunbeds. Great contemporary lounge with 85'' Smart TV opens to the stunning terrace, both fully equipped for up to 10 guests to enjoy the mild nights of Marbella. Awesome kitchen is well equipped and opens up to a cosy patio that adds light, air and comfort to the cooking experience. Terrace includes separate dining, living and relaxing areas, as well as a full-size gas BBQ. Privileged location, 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to restaurants and services at Cabopino port, 10 min drive to Marbella downtown and several golf courses in Costa del Sol. Easy parking for 2-3 cars inside the property.
After travelling as a family renting many luxury properties at different places, we have set up Villa Dune learning from what has made us comfortable all these years. Attention to details, comfortable spaces with space, air and light, and quality finishing is what I hope you will enjoy at Villa Dune.
