Property info

Villa Els Rafals is an exclusive traditional Majorcan Villa with mountain views, located in an idyllic spot in the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage. The Villa is stepped in history and was refurbished in 2008, conserving the great use of both local stone and designs. The rustic manorial style villa, which is in two levels is wide and big, and provides good holiday accommodation in a unique atmosphere. The entry to the villa is directly into the large living room and dining area. From here there is access to a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday. There is also a lounge with international TV channels in this area. Villa Rafals also benefits from free WIFI. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. At the end of the living room, there is a cozy lounge area and a bedroom with two beds and an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the paintings from the artistic gallery in the house! From here, there is access to the upper floor. On this level, there is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Continuing down the hallway, there is a magnificent and charming double room with mountain views and a private bathroom with a shower. At the end of the hallway, there is a vintage-style twin bedroom and a full family bathroom with a shower. All rooms in Villa Rafals have large fans and enjoy a pleasant climate in the summer due to their location.

Villa Rafals is situated on a large mountain plot partially screened by hedges, plants and olives tress enjoying complete privacy. In an exceptional location, in Pollensa mountains, makes this villa an ideal choice for those who wish to enjoy a secluded and quiet location, still minutes drive to the Old Town of Pollensa. Villa Rafals is situated in La Rafal Pollensa, with a mountain backdrop and the town at the bottom. From here you can drive to Pollensa Old Town (5 km) and in the evening participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the village has to offer -- from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants. Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices. Puerto Pollensa (20 min drive) is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach.
