The house and total property were very nice, in our opinion even better than on the pictures at the website. We had a very nice stay with 3 families (6 adults and 6 children aged 5-10 years old). The house was very clean, has good facilities like airco in every bedroom and main room, clean and good bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a very nice outdoor swimming pool with relaxing beds. The outdoor garden was spacious enough to play some sportgames and the outdoor place with kitchen, BBQ and dining table was very great to eat and drink with the whole group. Due to the very nice weather we could also spend our evenings at this place to relax and have some nice drinks. Thanks also to the property manager Alfred who helped us immediatley with some requests and provided a very good service! We had a wonderful stay at this house and can recommend it to everyone.

It is located in the countryside, in the centre of Ibiza, less than 2 km from San Lorenzo, with easy access to the north and south of the island. Ideal location to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of Ibiza, charming villa !!!! Independent fully equipped kitchen. 7 bedrooms: - 4 double bedrooms with double beds. - 3 double bedrooms with 2 single beds. 5 bathrooms: - 3 en suite bathrooms with shower - 1 shared bathroom with bath - 1 shared bathroom with shower and there is also a toilet outside in the swimming pool area. It has a large outdoor swimming pool 12 x 8 mts and a depth of 2,20 mts max. and 0,50 mts min. A shower in the pool. Covered barbecue area with outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your lunches or dinners with views of the countryside and garden. Located 20 minutes from Ibiza town and 9 km from the beaches. ***The tourist tax of the Balearic Government is not included, it will be applied after booking.
