Designed by the interior designer Teo González, owner of the reference interior studio in Gran Canaria KAI PROYECTOS, to be his habitual residence, This luxurious villa is located in PASITO BLANCO, the most exclusive and prestigious residential enclave on the island of Gran Canaria, on the first line of the Marina, 20 meters from the yachts. The villa of 320m² built and 750m2 of land, is divided into exterior and interior areas, which follow one another without interruption. Villa KAI has 3 suites, each one with its own bathroom, the bathroom furniture is from the Italian firm Agape, and the Vola taps. The gym, which is fully integrated into the garden, is equipped with an elliptical, bike, rowing machine, gravity encompass, pulleys, functional trainer, and full equipment with weights, dumbbells, and kettles.
