We are a family run business which has been growing rapidly since Summer 2007. The company is the creation of Tila and Michelle Braddock. The concept of Lanzarote Retreats developed from Tila and Michelle’s desire to offer stylish & eco-friendly holiday accommodation, mainly in and around Arrieta, a stunning, rural village in the North of the island, which they love and where they live with their family. From organising car hire, arranging days out, providing child and nursery equipment to recommending restaurants and beaches, the team at Lanzarote Retreats have over 20 years of experience of living, working, entertaining children and enjoying Lanzarote. No question is too strange, no request is impossible, ask and the Lanzarote Retreats team we will do their very best to help.

Decorated to an extremely high standard, this luxury villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. This large holiday rental villa has an electrically heated swimming pool and hot tub. The contemporary decor and simple but stylish furnishings give the house a bright, airy and cool feeling throughout. The spacious and comfortable living room has doors onto the terrace, plenty of room to sit, relax and entertain, it also has a fireplace and there is a dining room for eight people. The fully fitted white kitchen, also has doors to the terrace and comes complete with oven / hob / grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. All bedrooms at Villa Palmitas have ceiling fans and sea views. The master suite has patio doors onto the terrace, a double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower/wet room, twin sinks, bath and a hairdryer. There is a further double and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes, which share a full family bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has patio doors onto the terrace, a double bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room. There is a separate guest cloakroom.

Neighborhood info

Puerto Calero is only a few kilometres in distance from the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen, but a world away in style and atmosphere. Home to some of the finest Lanzarote villas and hotels, as well as a good selection of bars and restaurants. The Marina is a great place to wander, look at the fabulous boats and generally soak up a bit of the luxury atmosphere that permeates the whole place. You can certainly spend a few hours sat in one of the cafes or great range of restaurants that overlook the marina. Puerto Calero is the base for a number of water based activities, such as the Catlanza catamaran trips, Submarine excursions and a variety of sport-fishing boats which allow you to try your skill at landing Marlin and Blue-fin Tuna in some of the best and most productive waters to be found. Puerto del Carmen comes with 3 sandy beaches. The main one, running along the promenade, is Playa Grande with its sunloungers, umbrellas and gently shelving shoreline. Walk for about 10 minutes and you come to Playa Chica in the old town. It’s a bit quieter and secluded, and the diving centre makes it popular with snorkelers and scuba divers.
