Check in after 8pm fee of 30 and after 24h is 50 Relax in this large, bright accommodation, with the advantage of being only 5 minutes from Playa den Bossa and at the same time being in a very quiet area. This house has everything you need, a large pool and solarium area to relax and sunbathe, you have a full kitchen, you have 5 spacious bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning throughout the house. You have only 5 minutes from the beach and the clubs HI, Ushuaia, Octane and the beach clubs Nassau, Tanit, Beach house.

Neighborhood info

All clients over 16 years of age must pay the ecotax, which is 2.2 per day per person. Deposit for damages 1000 in cash at check-in Totally forbidden to make noise, music or parties and the client will be expelled from the house without any type of economic return. I help all my clients with restaurant recommendations and the best places to visit in Ibiza and free tickets to some clubs. Just 5 minutes by car from the natural park and beach of Las Salinas where you can enjoy very clean blue water and white sand and where you can dive and see the wonderful colorful fish and if you want a bit of music there are 3 beach clubs for all kinds of tastes where you can rest in the most comfortable beds and eat delicious food. Also in Salinas you can visit some quieter nudist beaches if you feel like it and its name is Cala Pluma Just 5 minutes by car from the house you also have the port of Ibiza where you can walk next to the boats, where you can visit the great wall and the castle, which is a must-see area as it is beautiful where there is a hippie market, restaurants very good, it is right there where the magic of Ibiza began, which is perhaps the most famous island in the world. From the top of the castle you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire city of Ibiza. Also only 5 minutes by car is the port of Marina Botafoch with the most chic shops on the island, a very beautiful promenade next to the boats and the most exclusive restaurants on the island. Also just 5 minutes by car you have the beach of Talamanca where there is a beautiful promenade where you can see the wonderful sunset just having fish for dinner in some of the restaurants by the sea where you will eat the fresh fish of the day that was caught on the island. It also has Spanish, French, Italian restaurants.
