Villa Siena has a private saltwater pool and garden, with a lawned area. For some added fun there is a billiard and table tennis table as well as a fantastic BBQ house with its own kitchenette and dining area. A second dining area can be found on the shaded part of the terrace overlooking the pool as well as an exterior sofa set. The living area has comfortable seating around the flat screen TV as well as a table and chairs. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped and patio doors from both rooms open onto the dining terrace. A handy utility room off the kitchen houses the fridge. A washing machine can be found in the garage. Villa Siena has 3 bedrooms - a double, a twin and a single - all sharing a separate shower room. All 3 bedrooms are comfortable and well-furnished. There is also a second shower room at the side of the house, which has external access only. The villa has a private parking space within the grounds. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi is included.

Neighborhood info

Villa Siena is in the area of Calan Blanes, which has merged with neighbouring Calan Forcat, creating one of the largest resorts on the island. Along the main street are several souvenir and beachwear shops, as well as mini markets for daily essentials, all within a 10 minute walk. Serious shoppers should head into Ciutadella, which can be reached in 10 minutes' by car or taxi, as well as a local bus. The main street, or Strip, of Calan Forcat has many good restaurants offering everything from Italian, Chinese and Indian cuisine to the traditional Spanish paella and tapas dishes. Many of the venues have small play areas for children, and several of the local bars offer live music and karaoke. The nearest beach is that of Calan Blanes. This pleasant sandy cove has sunbeds and parasols for hire, as well as a couple of good beachside cafes where you can stop for lunch. Also nearby is the picturesque inlet of Calan Forcat which has various rocky sunbathing platforms. In high season the resorts waterpark is open with which has various pools, slides, flumes and water-based activities for all ages, as well as go-karting and a restaurant.
