Posizione eccezionale con vista sulla baia di Palma, a cinque minuti a piedi da Caló Fort. Giardino, loggiato, ampio terrazzo e non piccola piscina privati, grande luminosa cucina e soggiorno vasto, fresco e luminoso. Due camere con bagno annesso, più due altrettanto grandi servite dal bagno comune (eravamo tre adulti e due ragazzi). Spazio per parcheggio all'aperto dentro il giardino (ci starebbero anche due auto). Quasi quotidianamente, giardino e piscina sono manutenuti con discrezione da giardinieri. Posizione e ventilazione ci hanno consentito di passarci una settimana intera in luglio senza mai accendere l'aria condizionata, organizzando cene e aperitivi sul terrazzo.
