Property info

Beautiful summer house in Son Serra de Marina, in Northern Majorca, ideal for 6 - 8 guests. The outside of the house offers you a private chlorine pool with a size of 11mx4.5m and a depth of between 1.2m and 2m. After enjoying breakfast on the shady terrace, you can enjoy sunbathing on one of the six sunbeds and refresh yourself from time to time in the outdoor shower. The front porch is a very nice and quiet place where you can have an aperitif before going out for dinner in the evening. If you prefer, you can also make use of the mobile barbecue and prepare a delicious dinner for your guests. As it is located in an urbanization, you have neighbours nearby but the plot is fenced so that you do not lose your privacy. The interior of the house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV and a CD and DVD player if you wish to listen to music or watch a film. Next, you will find the gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and there are two tables, one in the living room and the other in the kitchen. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hoover. As it is located in an urbanization, you have neighbours nearby but the plot is fenced so that you do not lose your privacy. Another bathroom with bathtub is on the same floor. Upstairs, you will find the fourth bedroom with two single beds and a two-seater sofa with access to a terrace with views of the bay and the mountains. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Neighborhood info

The rocky beach is more or less 750 metres away, but you will find a natural sandy and pebbled beach backed by dunes at the end of the village. In addition you can go to Can Picafort by car, where you will find another sandy beach and lots of services like restaurants, bars, shops and leisure activities. A restaurant, a bar and a pharmacy can be found in Son Serra de Marina. The Northern coast has many coves and beaches, like Cala Torta, Cala Na Clara or Betlem among many others.
