Property info

Impressive semi-detached villa with garden and swimming pool in one of the most exclusive areas of Puerto de la Cruz. It can accommodate up to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms with balcony, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, living room with 55" TV and a bright and fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The house is ideal for families with children, to go with friends or to work, as it has high speed Wifi and enough space to sit comfortably in any corner. The terrace, with its dining area and outdoor armchairs, gives more space to the living room itself, as its sliding glass door opens and integrates directly into the wall. Both from the pool and the terrace there are views of the sea and our volcano Teide. A magnificent accommodation to enjoy the climate of this area of the island and only a few minutes away from restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shops. The swimming pool can be heated on request and has a cost (please consult). The pool is not heated at night to avoid noise, so the water temperature in the morning may be reduced.

Neighborhood info

El Durazno is one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto de la Cruz. Situated above the Botanical Gardens, it is only a few minutes' drive from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. If you use a car, you will have no problem parking it close to the accommodation. And if you just want to take a stroll, it takes only about 10 minutes to reach the area of La Paz, with a large number of shops, restaurants and cafés. The nearest supermarket (Mercadona) is on the same street, about 5 minutes walk away.
