This is a wonderful old time family run business. Staff was very helpful!! Their rates were very good but your sharing a bathroom and what comes with staying at an old well used property. Everything was clean and the breakfast delicious. Great food here but we ran out of options by the end of the week.

We had a perfect, though short stay in the guesthouse. The room was comfortable and warm, the breakfast was tasty and hearty, WiFi was working fine. But the main thing was the LAKE !!! There are ski tracks for cross-country skiing just by the guesthouse, we just didn't have enough time to check if they circumnavigate the whole lake (which is quite big). And... there is fish under the thick ice!!! We spent a couple of lucky hours :D and had a nice picnic on the ice, thank you, Antti! One more thing - the guesthouse stands in a mysterious place - you fall asleep as soon as you put your head down :) I wish to come back in summer, then in winter, then again in summer and again in winter...

We had the most amazing weekend. The igloo was absolutely fantastic - what an experience. Everything was so carefully designed, from the eco toilet to the hooks, the fridge in the flooring! Incredible. Loved the bluetooth speaker, it was so lovely and warm inside. The restaurant was lovely for evening meal, breakfast had good choice, staff nice and friendly. If I could stay longer I would. We did the husky riding and that was fantastic - a huge thank you to the 2 members of the staff and of course the dogs who looked after us.

We stayed in one of the igloos during winter and it was fantastic. It has everything you need, and so many coat hooks! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the owner, who went above and beyond for us with every request. From the activities, food, room, and hospitality, it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

The igloo is a tiny mobile room, placed on a frozen lake. Inside the room, the facilities are amazing. Like on a little yatch, everything is compact and there are secret places for everything.

We enjoyed our short time stay in this Guesthouse very much and luckily, we could also see Northern Lights from our window in the main building. We most enjoyed the Husky Safari because the starting point was right next to the Guesthouse and the route offered a beautiful view of the landscape. We were also allowed to take photos with all the cute Huskies and it was a very special and beautiful experience. The owners take really good care of them too and that is why we really want to recommend this safari.
