Central location, close to several night/rock clubs and to the main shopping centers, but at the same time the area around the hotel is quiet. Very friendly hotel staff. The rooms are quite small, but with modern furniture and comfortable beds. Good breakfast (typical for Finnish hotels). Really nothing to complain about, would recommend this hotel to anyone. Perfect value for the money. |

Very friendly staff. Nice location. Different look & feel of main building. Nice cosy "sitting room" in English style. A bit pricy but probably worth it. |

Design of the room and hotel in general, comfortable beds, helpful staff. The hotel is close to the main street - any shops and attractions are easily reachable on foot. The sauna was only available in the evening and with special hours for men and women...not so good if you are traveling as a couple and would like to use it together. |

The staff were very friendly. Roomy single room, not a cupboard but a well designed single room, made me feel taken care of. This is the perfect boutique hotel, stylish, friendly, good location, little extras. |

I found the room to be extremely well designed. Stylish yet sensible. The breakfast serving was also very good as was the service at reception. In this day in age, a 4-star hotel should include wireless internet in the room price. The wireless fee was outrageously overpriced. The guest sauna facilities were oddly small considering Linna is a Finnish hotel. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the Staff and the unique appeearence of the reception area I had some mould in the shower area of the bathroom. Easy to fix |

It is a special building. The roooms are not to the street,quiet and with coffe-/teamaker. The staff er friendly and helpsome. Comfortable beds (for me). I got a special room this time with bathtub and more space. Could have been more choice of brown bread for breakfast, but this is a minor issue. |

The staff is always so polite and helpful. Also, the beds are great. I have stayed at Hotel Linna literally dozens of times over the last 3 years and it has never failed to live up to my expectations. |

Breakfast was nice, the atmosphere of the setting was very appropriate just before Christmas. Room was quiet as requested. Room wasn't as clean as other 4-star hotels in Finland, normally they have been spotless. |
