The staffs were very attentive, always happy to help with local transport times and locations of sights / restaurants. The room was of a high standard and always clean, Tea coffee always available in room & in sitting room. Breakfast offered a good selection of continental foods, the location is close enough to the centre to walk but is in a quieter area with some fine restaurants. I would stay at Hotel Linna again without any hesitation. Kiitos to all the staff for making my stay such a pleasant and relaxing one. I look forward to my next visit!! The only down side’s to the Hotel is that it does not offer an evening meal apart from Sandwiches. It would have been nice after a busy day not to go out and find a restaurant for my evening meal (there are some very good restaurants nearby). There is such a large cost for personal use wifi / internet 12euro's per 24hrs (many other hotels now offer this free), there is free internet but sometimes there can be a bit of a wait and then you start to feel rushed to get done what you need to do as there are people waiting. |

Staff V. good. In our experience booking through booking. Com generally gets one of the poorer rooms. Bathroom Tiles were mouldy so asked for, and were moved to another room. Rooms very small but thats Europe. I thought Hotel overpriced at 495 Euro for 3 nights. |

Very comfortable beds. Quiet rooms for good night's sleep. Nice buffet breakfast. Atmosphere and interesting history. Breakfast room staff could be a bit more welcoming. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The library was cozy and conducive to meeting other guests. The location is convenient to transportation/shopping. There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner. |

I have stayed in 4 Helsinki hotels in recent years, and this is the best. The building facade / entry are stunning, the welcome warm, the breakfast very good, and the rooms quiet and very well appointed. |

Location, quietness, interieurs, cleanelyness. Free internet in the lobby. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room We had rather small room, but cannot see what can be done here. We had a couple of unpleasant moments when we were checking out, and a girl from the front desk went to our room to check minibar. Also the staff in the restaurant where we had our breakfast, was quite efficient but not very friendly |

Everything was nice. But we had a discount price. The design, that is highlighted as the hotel feature, you see only at the entrance and reception (may be there are different rooms, but in the part where we stayed there was nothing unique). The bathroom condition was just ok. But considering the normal (full) price in my opinion it is overrated. |

I liked the friendly staff, a clean room, a good rate for a solo traveller and breakfast in a castle dungeon! I put out a "do not disturb" sign one morning because I needed a rest buy the cleaner still came in to the room. |
