Rooms were nice and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was succinct, but high quality. Staff was friendly.

I stayed in one of the small 'smart rooms'. The design was perfect, the bed wonderful, the hotel is quiet and rooms are well insulated. It was both extremely comfortable and efficient. The location is central, and yet still quiet.

The breakfast was not great for €18.

Nice rooms, good breakfast. The hotel is located not far from the city center and central railway station. There is air conditioning in the rooms (and the windows can't be opened).

Loud music, maybe from the street, on Saturday night. That could be caused by some holiday or something, but still, it was disappointing. Closed windows did not help.

Clean modern fixtures and fittings in the rooms. Well situated - a short walk from the city centre. Friendly and efficient staff.

We traveled for a month in Europe and this was one of the best hotels we stayed in. We had read a few reviews that classified it as having small rooms, but we found this to be untrue--the rooms were very roomy and beautifully decorated. Lighting was unique!

I loved the entrance, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the room design and the buffett breakfast. Also comfortable bed and sheets!

The matress. You could change its position with a remote control.

everything is perfect, unusual design: glass wall dividing bedroom and shower zone. Very comfortable bed, as if you're sleeping on a cloud. Spacious and bright rooms-3 windows.Great location, not far from city center and grocery store just around the corner.

Was a bit disappointed with breakfast, there were not such thing like cereal, though they have tasty croissants with jam. No mini fridge in the room.

It felt warm and cosy and was an easy walk to the places we wanted to go in Helsinki. Very comfortable bed and great shower.

Bit expensive, but then this is an expensive town!

Room size small but cosy

I really liked the breakfast. The rooms were clean. The staff at the hotel was really nice from the reception to the people responsible for the breakfast.

Even we did not have the budget room it was really small. Wifi is only for 2 devices which was really stupid as if you travel with 2 you usually have 2 phones that connect to the Wifi plus computer and or a pad. The room was without fridge which is not really nice as you usually buy drinks and in order to keep them cold...!

Small room, no place for bags. Worst of all there is a huge gap behind the bed! Uncomfirtable sleep because pillows drop to the floor.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful ( Air France had lost my luggage and they helped out a lot until I got it back , checking as well themselves for me ) . Nice Restaurant . Nice Location . Nice bed with electronic leaning device ( you could basically lean or seat or anything through a remote control ). Great position - to the very center in 10 minutes on foot .

..Maybe the rooms are really much too small .. kind of ..claustrophobic .

Room design is specific, I don't like it, not comfortable. Restrant is busy by trevel groups, can't have dinner in the evening

Comfy bed

Toilet lock was broken and in the sink there was a part missing (whatever the metal thing is called)

We stayed two nights. Staff was friendly. Interior is stylish. Breakfast was excellent: freshly baked breads and croissants, cold meat cuts, cheese, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, oatmeal porridge, miso soup, cucumber, tomatoes, fruit and berry jams, muesli, yoghurt, dried fruits and berries, various nuts, tee, coffee, orange and apple juice. They told us when we checked in that room we’ve booked is small and if we, after seeing the room, want to change it for bigger one it’s possible for little extra cost per night. Our room was small, but we had only backpacks with us so the room size was no issue. The motorized bed was a fun detail. At least while we stayed - nights were quiet - no sounds of traffic or other guests. Nothing to complain about!
