Located just 20 mins from Tampere is this stunning architecturally designed beach and lake house with 7 bedrooms combined and gorgeous, uninterrupted views out across the water. Inside you’ll find beautiful designer pieces, modern streamlined kitchens, a sauna, lavish bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows that invite the outside in. Stay right on the water where you can take out the rowboat, canoe, fishing rods and SUPS or simply relax in one of the many lounge areas & take in the views.
I'm the founder of Kotihost Oy, a holiday property management company based in Helsinki and operating throughout Finland. My goal is to make sure guests get the very best experience when visiting one of our beautiful properties. We strive to make sure your time at the lake house is relaxing and enjoyable and are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area.
The lake house is located right on the waterfront in beautiful Lempäälä along a quiet street giving you an idyllic place to relax and unwind. There is a small supermarket just 300m away where you can stock up on supplies for your stay or drive 1/1.5kms into town where there are several large supermarkets. Walk just 10 minutes to Kahvila Siiri right on the coast where you can enjoy light lunches and fresh home baked delicacies – a favourite place for locals. For something a little bigger, Ideapark Lempäälä is a huge shopping centre just 10 minutes from the lake house that features over 150 shops and 20 restaurants and cafes for you to choose from. They also hold seasonal events throughout the year with something fun for the whole family to come and enjoy as well as a year-round entertainment centre. There are also many padel courts just 2kms away in Hakkari along with skiing and a frisbee golf course or if you want to play some real golf, there is a great course in Vaihmala just 2kms away. The lake and the adjacent rapids are popular among fishermen with good fishing from the boat and also from the shore if you don’t want to get your feet wet.
