Welcome to Hailuoto, the pearl of the Bothnia Bay! The new magnificent and upscale seaside villa in Santonen, Hailuoto, offers a setting for vacation and business use for smaller and larger groups. We comfortably accommodate 8+4 people, and the capacity can be increased if necessary with the help of a party tent and sleeping tents. Enjoy privacy, all spaces are reserved for your use during the entire visit. A large terrace, outdoor jazuzzi, a yard and a fine sandy beach offer space to get busy and enjoy a summer or winter day. The shallow and safe beach is well suited for children. Terwaluoto is an ideal destination for small and business groups who want to experience the atmosphere of Hailuoto with modern amenities. Through our partners, you also get versatile activities and catering services. We want to make the impossible possible, so feel free to ask if you have an event for a larger group or more special wishes in mind. Premises Terwaluoto's high-quality facilities consist of three separate buildings. The main building has a kitchen, bedroom, living room and open kitchen, as well as a bathroom and toilet. The cabin building has two separate bedrooms, and the sauna cabin, as its name suggests, has a sauna and a cabin room. A large terrace connects all buildings and there is an outdoor jacuzzi in front of the sauna (make a separate order when booking). There are campfire places on the terrace and on the beach. The premises must be cleaned after accommodation. You can order final cleaning from us when booking If you don't want to spend your time cleaning.

The ferry ride from Oulunsalo to Hailuoto is an experience in itself (see ferry timetables). The villa is located in Santose, approx. 6 km from the Hailuoto ferry beach, so it's easy to come to us by car, bike or bus (see timetables). There is space for ten cars in the yard. Shall we make your vacation or event memorable also in terms of the trip itself? In the summer, you can order a private cruise from Oulu to Huikku and from there a transport by minivan to the villa.
