Cozy and spacious townhouse (66sq.m.) with 1 bedroom, SAUNA & FIREPLACE, close to airport (5km). Santa Claus Village and Santa Park in short distance (4km) and Rovaniemi center only 9km away. One of the best locations in Rovaniemi to stay! See Aurora Borealis straight from the yard! House is located in a quite and beautiful neighborhood with nature surroundings. House is fully equipped for comfortable stay. Relax in traditional Finnish sauna! Best for comfortable stay for 2 adults+2 kids. Apartment is located in the townhouse at the end side. In the apartment: Living room with FIREPLACE (foldable sofa with mattress 140x200 cm), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, etc.); 1 bedroom with 2 beds (width 90 cm x 2); 2 wc; shower room and traditional Finnish sauna; laundry room (iron, washing/drying machines). All house have heated floors. - ON THE REQUEST can be arranged baby cot, highchair, potty. - Notice that in the house we have water boiler for 200 liters. - Outside car parking space for cars with electricity point (Note! no EV charger). - As a guest you have the access to the whole apartment (except outside storage), front yard and backyard with private patio.

House located on the hill which provides amazing view to Ounasvaara hill from the windows. And because the house is located on the hill above the city lights it gives great opportunity to see Northern Lights straight from the yard!
