Agence Cocoonr offers you the L'Arsenal apartment. L'Arsenal is a 120 square meter former dance hall redesigned and decorated by a talented interior architect and designer. Come and enjoy this apartment, entirely refurbished with taste and quality materials. Equipped with top-of-the-range bedding in the bedroom and tatami mattresses on the mezzanine. Particular care has been taken to ensure that everyone feels at home. A king-size bed (160 cm) in the bedroom, and 1 double bed and 1 single bed on mattresses and tatami mats on the 12-square-meter mezzanine. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room, as well as a bathroom with Italian shower/laundry area and separate toilet. In summer, you can choose between air conditioning or 4 ceiling fans to keep you cool. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a beautiful Marseilles building.

The apartment is located on Place aux Huiles, overlooking the Old Port and the departure point of the Ferry Boat (the world's shortest ferry crossing, connecting the 2 shores of the Old Port). Many trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques can be found at the foot of the building. Located in the heart of the city, you'll find the Maison de l'Artisanat, art galleries, a small market and the "La Marseillaise" newspaper.
