Have a lovely stay up to 4 persons in a lively neighborhood close to the Saône river. Two-minutes walk to place Valmy and its market, shops and transports (metro line D and buses), this beautiful 31 m² fully renovated and nicely decorated studio is situated on the 2nd floor without elevator of a secured property. Customer service available 7/7 24/24 **Our services** Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18E (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest). Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18E for the use of the linen for the whole stay. Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beds, the extra cost is 18E/stay. The studio comes with a lovely living room with its fully equipped kitchenette to cook without effort during your stay. You will find a nice couch with an HD TV with a sofa bed, and a comfortable double bed. You will enjoy a large bathroom too with a nice shower and toilets. We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included. Into the apartment, you will have access to the Traveller's Guide which contains all necessary information for a best stay (WIFI code, notices, restaurants we recommend...). Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartment's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.
