Au 42dotbzh allows professionals in training and tourists (2 people max. with one child) to take full advantage of their stay in Saint-Brieuc thanks to the rental of an ideally located F2, with several parking solutions nearby. The apartment was carefully renovated in 2022. It is located in a 1930s mansion, Robien district, just behind the train station.
The owners reside in the condominium. This allows you to optimize your stay thanks to their knowledge of the territory.
400 meters from the main Côtes d'Armor train and bus stations 800m from the city center Main swimming pool and Convention Center of Saint-Brieuc at 500 m Best creperie in Saint-Brieuc (according to the Routard guide) 100m away, all shops nearby (a Biocoop and a SPAR 150m away, etc.) Arthouse type cinema at 400 m Sea at 10 min by car, Plérin, Les Rosaires.
