A truly dreadful experience which saw us given a 3 rd floor...
A truly dreadful experience which saw us given a 3 rd floor room which my Wife couldn't climb up to due to epilepsy and COPD. This after we had been allocated a ground floor room.. No staff present. They have refused to refund us the cost and Booking.com have stepped in and refunded us the cost. Beware this company...Not to be trusted.
Everything was fine! We had a nice Double room with a very stylish bathroom and a another small room with a non separated room. Every Bits and pieces were available. The whole Hotel is inconspicuous from the outside but very cosy and well refurbished from the INSIDE. We could not make it for breakfast but get a "breakfast to Go" offered which we enjoyed a lot at the Ferry Port! We would come back next time. Markus
It was a beautiful hotel with very tasteful decor. The moment you step into the house, you get a cozy vibe and it doesn’t stop there. The room was absolutely gorgeous and warm.
The view from the bedroom to the canal is the best when waking up in the morning :)
The breakfast was spot on, everything you need.
We would come back for our next trip!!
