The room was spacious and clean and the view was delightful.The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. Parking was safe and easy to access. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful Cannot fault them at all.10 out of 10. Continental breakfast was fresh and plenty to set you up for the day. The location could not be more central. close to the sea front, restaurants, bistros cafés and the main shopping centre. Yet the location was quite. We will be staying in the hotel again,most definitely.

We had a good nights sleep before catching the ferry in the morning. Breakfast was fine.

I knew the placeIt has parking facilities and very friendly helpful staff. due to August it s restaurant was closed, but the bar was open. absolutely served my purpose.

My last visit to Hotel Borel was exactly 3 years ago. Now the rooms are completely modernised, and having a very comfortable sanitary area with a fantastic shower. Breakfast is excellent. Some technical issues in the room have been solved immediately, and I found that the front desk team as well as the management are very friendly and helpful. Since it was the best hotel where I stayed in Dunkerque in the past, I have to state that it is even better now. If I'll come back to the region I will stay again in Hotel Borel.

Really lovely boutique hotel. Super comfy room - small in size but well appointed and with a fabulous view! Felt cosy even as the cold wind howled outside. Staff were friendly and parking was secure.

Can the owner please contact me , I paid for the night with booking. com but I was also charged when I arrived as the lady did not understand the booking was already paid for , they asked me for bank details to refund me , but it was not returned

Friendly staff, hotel did the job, no frills but it was a handy base for the evening.

Excellent customer service!!!!!!! Praise to them for staying open longer so we could check in. Beds are very comfortable (though not really built for tall Dutch ppl 😂) and breakfast was very decent as well.
