The location is ideal for resturants, museums, and the beach. I really liked the nautical theme of the room. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Street parking is free outside the hotel. Ferry port is only a short drive away too.

Very good location for the station and for the free bus service which operates in Dunkerque. Staff very helpful and friendly.Room good size and clean with good sound proofing being right next to the station

Good location, plenty of parking lots in street, really nice and clean, and the best thing for me was how the people working there they solve one problem i faced really fast and professionally.

The staff were exceptional and a huge shout out to Violet / Violette who saw I had a dog and got him a dog bed and biscuits (divine). Prime location right on the beach, with paid parking at the back of the hotel (keep this in mind when arriving - don't enter via esplanade). My room was on the third / attic floor so the roof sloped on one side, but I was surprised by how spacious it still was and particularly the bathroom (shower). I wished I could've stayed longer.

Can the owner please contact me , I paid for the night with booking. com but I was also charged when I arrived as the lady did not understand the booking was already paid for , they asked me for bank details to refund me , but it was not returned

the breakfast was okay; is not that too much but it was good for me because im not to use to eat bfast every morning. the location nice since it was across the street from the gare. And Omar the receptionist is very accomodate. he speak english too,, i recommend this place. and were planning to get there soon.

Excellent customer service!!!!!!! Praise to them for staying open longer so we could check in. Beds are very comfortable (though not really built for tall Dutch ppl 😂) and breakfast was very decent as well.
