It includes: - A bedroom with a double bed. - A fully equipped and functional kitchen. - A shower room with a shower. - A lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out. - A parking space. You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness. You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: Wi-Fi connection, TV, microwave, hairdryer, oven, PMR access, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment is ideally located: - A 15-minute walk from the "Mairie des Lilas" metro station, where you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. - It's in a quiet residence just outside Paris. - All amenities are also nearby: supermarket, organic store, bakery, park, pharmacy and many restaurants are less than 5 minutes' walk away. - Public transport: - Buses 115 and 318 are just a minute's walkaway. - It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to metro station 11 "Mairie des Lilas". - To reach major roads: - It takes two minutes by car to reach the A3. - It takes five minutes to reach the ring road.
