Relaxation?....or something else: Your host Jérôme, based in Fixin, will always strive to do his best to make your stay as smooth and pleasant as possible – being helpful, down-to-earth, and available. He will be there for you - should it be for booking-up activities, programming visits and tastings, or hiring bikes and cars, reserving restaurants … Knowing the region by heart, he will be able to advise you, depending on your plans - through his knowledge of atypical or must-see, picturesque sites, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture – or dive into the heart of the vineyards – so you can make the most of each moment. Being able to soak up the atmosphere is the key to making your stay memorable, whether it be just an overnight stopover or a longer stay. Jérôme is on hand for your well-being, making sure you are comfortable, with diligence and friendliness, providing a service tailored to your needs! And if you don’t need any help with your plans, you can of course go off on your own adventures 😊, no questions asked!!!

With a total surface area of 138 m2 on 2 levels with 2 separate entrances, freshly renovated in 2021 for your greater comfort, the exposed stone, the beams, the tommette and the famous Burgundy slab will delight lovers of character! Close to the vineyards, in the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne. Charming location, Dijon-Beaune axis.

Neighborhood info

House located in a Burgundian property in a quiet street of the Hameau de Fixey in Fixin, in the upper part of the village. The ground floor gîte has a view of the inner courtyard with trees and a separate entrance, while the first floor gîte has a view of the courtyard and the Burgundy vineyards and also has a separate entrance. Recent renovation of good quality. Atypical decoration and soothing colours.
