L'ergonomie du chalet était parfaite avec la grande pièce de vie chaleureuse et conviviale, les chambres bien isolees aux étages supérieurs et inférieurs. Agréable terrasse avec vue sublime sur le mont blanc. A 2 minutes à pieds du centre du village, idéal pour les courses. L'espace "piscine sauna hammam" est un régal.

Very pretty half triplex chalet of 120 m2, new in tourist residence with swimming pool and wellness area in the center of the village of Combloux composed of: On the ground floor; an entrance, a guest toilet, a very beautiful living room with its wood stove, lounge area with a 2-person sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue set...), opening onto a large 20m2 terrace enjoying a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. On the garden level; Two double bedrooms with single beds (90x190), a separate toilet, a shower room and a bathroom-toilet. On the 1st floor; a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a connecting bedroom with a 2x90 trundle bed, a shower room, WC. The apartment benefits from wifi as well as access to the swimming pool and the residence's wellness area (only in season). Rented with a parking space in the basement and 2 ski lockers. Linen included. Please note, from 2 weeks of rental, an intermediate cleaning fee of euros100.00 will be compulsory. To be paid upon arrival: Tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
