Private road serving 2 chalets Common land (3700 m²) bordered by a river. Food and doctor 7 km. Weekend not rentable during school holidays. Individual mountain chalet. Entrance with storage. Garden level, ground floor and 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 7 single beds, 1 baby bed). Integrated kitchen open to living room, adjoining lounge. Relaxation room. Bathroom, shower room. 2 toilets. 2 covered terraces, land. Secure and private bike/ski room. Charges included for any stay booked after 08/26/2022, as well as for end-of-stay cleaning. Wireless. Possibility of parking a car in front of the chalet and 2 to 3 cars at the start of the private road. In case of snow, parking 80 m from the gîte. Tree decorated for the end of year celebrations. At the gîte by the owner. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Pets: 5.0euros per day - Towels: euros7.98 per person per stay Property managed by a professional. In the center of La Bresse, head towards Col de la Schlucht, La Bresse-Hohneck ski area. About 6.5 km in front of the Couaroge building on the left of the road, turn right onto Chemin de la Xlatte. Go about 100m, at the Gîtes de France sign you will find access to the chalet on the right (private road).
