Charming apartment perched in an old typical Marseille building located on the Canebière, on the 3rd floor //no lift\\. Tram and metro at the foot of the building, Old Port and Saint Charles train station located 5 min walk. Attention !! The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without a lift and the stairwell is unfortunately in poor condition at the moment, we are doing our best to improve this (it will be renovated this winter). The apartment has been completely renovated. It is equipped with double-glazed windows and benefits from reversible air conditioning, which makes it a real haven of peace in the city center. - Secure lock inside the apartment - Free Netflix - Free WIFI - Courtesy tray provided (tea, coffee, sugar...) - Air-conditioned accommodation - Bed linen provided (1 bed set for 1 to 2 people / 2 bed sets for 3 to 4 people) - Towels provided (1 bath towel per person + 1 hand towel + 1 bath mat) - Sofa bed 130x190 cm (⚠ Attention: suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) PS: Provide supplement for bed linen or towel requested in addition to those already provided

Lively district, in the heart of Marseille. All amenities are at the foot of the building (bakery, bank, supermarket, restaurants, transport...) The area is very popular, and as in any big city downtown, there can be marginalized people on the streets, day and night. However, most travelers have told us that they have not been disturbed. *Tramway and Metro at the foot of the building, serving Marseille as a whole. ⚠ Difficult traffic and parking around the accommodation.
