Family millstone house of 160m2 with a courtyard on the street side and a garden of 300m2 + hanging terrace at the back, it can accommodate up to 8 people. The ground floor has an entrance, living/dining room (table for up to 10 people) + open kitchen, with a terrace overlooking the garden (teak table max 8 people). This level also includes the master bedroom (with TV) and its shower room & a separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 children's bedrooms with single bed and additional bed possible in each room, adjoining bathroom & separate WC. On the garden level, a bedroom with double bed, and its shower room/WC, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a games room/office opening onto the garden terrace with ping/pong table. The house is well equipped because we live there all year round. TO BE NOTICED : An independent cat will stay in the house, in summer she is very often outside where she can relieve itself, she eats thanks to an automatic kibble dispenser, she is very nice and very cuddly, you will not need to take care of her but if you like cats she will love it when you pet her ! The extra bed in bedroom 3 is more suitable for a child than an adult.
This millstone house is located in a residential area of ​​Chaville (between Paris & Versailles), at the foot of the forest, close to a pond and offers a peaceful setting. A few minutes on foot or by bus from transport links to Versailles, Yvelines or Paris (RER C, line N Montparnasse, Line L Paris Saint Lazare). By car, parking is very easy & free in the immediate vicinity of the house and access to the N118 or the A86 is very quick.
