Welcome to Chamonix! I am delighted to welcome you to my beautiful 35 square meter apartment, located on the 4ᵉ floor with LIFT , situated in a quiet area only 5 min walk from downtown. It consists of a beautiful living room and can accommodate up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). You can enjoy the BALCONY and the nice mountain view to relax after nice alpine days. Have a great vacation! ## Logement Located in Chamonix, the studio is cosy, very bright and is composed of a sleeping area with a double bed, a shower room and a nice sitting area with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day of skiing or summer. You will have a BALCONY where you can enjoy the outdoor furniture to eat while enjoying a magnificent VIEW of the whole Mont Blanc range. You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Elevator, Coffee machine, raclette machine, fruit juice press, kettle, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Hairdryer, Washing machine. It is ideally located at 5 min walk from the pedestrian street of Chamonix and the shops, at 10 min from the climbing site of Gaillands. The Aiguille du Midi gondola is also a 5 min walk away, taking you to the mountains where you can enjoy a variety of activities such as off-piste skiing, paragliding, snowshoeing, snowboarding, ski touring, ice climbing and via ferrata. The Chamonix bus station, the Mont-Blanc Express "Aiguille du Midi" train station and 3 public parking lots are less than 5 minutes away on foot. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you! For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included. Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking ...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
