We had a one bedroom unit. There was ample storage, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet at night. The kitchen was small but efficient. Everything was very clean. The property is located away from many restaurants and cafes but that made it quiet. It's located where people actually live, not work. So, to get to the metro station, bus or to cafes, you have too walk at least 15 minutes. There's a wonderful boulangerie across the street and another one about two blocks away. It felt like a very safe area to walk around at night. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

Lovely flat. Host was very accommodating and helped us right away when we couldn't find the keys. Loft bedroom is tight so be aware flexibility is important. But very cute and comfortable!!
There are quite a few option for restaurants around.
There are quite a few option for restaurants around. And markets to show from.
Definitely not a tourist place but friendly local people.
Close to large park to some launch if you are taking time off from visiting paris center.
It was a best choise to stay where close to RER train to go Disneyland unless you are staying at disneyland hotels.

A great place for getting into Paris to see the sights.
A great place for getting into Paris to see the sights. The Chateau of Vincennes is also worth seeing and not on many people’s must do list. Few tourists, no crowds and empty seats when you get on the metro. There is even a movie theatre close by.

To me Vincennes is a wonderful suburban community of Metropolitan Paris. A little more green space because of the Parc Floral de Paris and Bois de Vincennes. Every thing you need can be found in the core with a great selection of retail and service stores throughout. I hear the Paris Jazz Festival held in Vincennes during July is fabulous!!

As previously stated, excellent location, short walk to subway; small rooms (some at least that I know of), very tight fit going up stairs so if carrying a lot keep that mind (not sure if elevator was working but it equally looked quite small); maybe. Kit a bit deal if the location and price are ok with you; Crystal at front desk was amazing—very friendly and quite helpful with suggestions for the area. Chateau de Vincennes is about a 10 minute walk away but worth the visit, full of history (at least 2 hours).

The Park Floral and the Chateau of Vincennes were good and interesting. People in the park were friendly , and there were events held there. There woods and common ground nearby in which to walk freely.
This hotel really cares that its guests enjoy their stay - they go out of their way to ensure that any issues are identified & dealt with. I also really liked the staff - friendly & courteous. The location was perfect for me - really close to the metro & also the Bois for a run in the evenings after work. The room is a good size & having an inner & outer door meant that you didn't really hear other guests - which for an old building & a busy hotel is unusual).
Very close to metro station and nice neighborhood, everything is close, including nice cafes, shops etc Hotel and room for 4 was small, but with excellent planning- all we needed was there, including clean shower room, small kitchen area, prepared beds (incl sofa bed), codes to enter the building and room, wifi, everything hassle free :) Also comfortable to take the train to Disneyland in the morning. So we liked it a lot, very good value for money.
Stuff was friendly, looked like family run business even tho it was not.
There was a small music event at property which was nice.
Location is close to RER for disneyland and line 1 for paris center so had no issues.
Picked this hotel due to having small kitchen which we needed to cook for small kid who is picky on food.
The location is perfect! It is around 10 minutes walking to Fountenay-Sous-Bois RER station, so you can easily go to Paris and visit the main attractions.
The accommodation is really comfy and provide you the basic in the kitchen for you to prepare meals, if it is the case.
The staff was helpful and attentive all the time.
The atmosphere in this hotel was both warm and vintage. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the service was incredibly polite. The breakfast was also fresh and delicious. I could not have asked for a better experience, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and special stay in Paris.
The property was great. It has everything you need for a stay near Paris. If your a runner or fitness geek the property is one block from one of the biggest parks in Paris with great trails to run. The location was perfect with great restaurants, farmers market, and safe neighborhood to explore.
The hotel facility and my room were in pristine condition. I really liked the silent air conditioning and the late checkout at noon. The location is great in downtown Vincennes, next to shops, restaurants, a metro stop, the town hall, the castle, the gardens and the big forest.
We were unlucky with the first apartment we were given due to a really disgusting odour. Thankfully, the staff/hotel manager helped and found another, very agreeable apartment.
Vincennes is also a lovely, well-connected and secure area so was perfect for a stay with kids.
Highly recommend this hotel in Paris! My husband and I stayed for one night and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was spacious and luxurious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Five stars all around!
Excellent location. 15 mins form central Paris on the RER which is very convenient to use. Hotel and rooms are small but pleasant. Staff were super helpful and went over and above to find us a doctor. Not sure what we would have done without them.
location was amazing very close to the metro station and also it was just a few stop far from city center
room was clean ,big , renovated, and full option,
we really enjoyed and were happy for choosing this hotel
The staff was really friendly, the entire place gives a mom and pop ran hotel which is really cozy and nice. The location was great for my purposes and the room was brand new.
Very centrally located, near shops and transport, calm surroundings and close to the chateau de Vincennes. The owner is very kind and ready to help and give advices.
The room was very pleasant, with views over a quiet tree filled garden. I didn't hear a pin drop! The staff were very kind and helpful. It's in beautiful Vincennes.
Amazing city Vincennes, very sweet little town right in the vicinity of Paris. Apartment is super functional has everything you need and light and above all calm!
