The TV remote control was broken, and didn't have all the functions necessary to access my flash USB that I connected to the TV in order to watch my series and favorite movies. No help whatsoever from personnel on this matter. Even though I hanged the "dont disturb me" sign on the door handle, still they woke me upp to ask if I wanted the maid to do the room, veeery annoying.

We booked the Campanile as convenient for the airport. Except taxi drivers don't know where it is so it cost far more to get here than it should. The area isn't great and I wouldn't have felt safe walking outside in the evening - not that there's anywhere to go to eat. So you're stuck with the Campanile restaurant which served up a mix of very good and very poor food.

Walking from the airport to terminal west is an adventure. The directions are not properly indicated, and everything is under construction now, so you better leave in advance if you plan to take a flight.

Everything was great…. Information on transfers available to/from airport…. Easy access to hotel… great courteous and helpful staff… Although small, very comfortable and well appointed, clean room. Will gladly stay there on my next trip.

The place overcharged me with extra 92.
The place overcharged me with extra 92.5 euro for breakfast. When I first booked the reservation, it was written that the charge I paid includes breakfast as well. However, They demand me for extra money (92.5 euro) for breakfast. I will find a way to take my money back by complaining to official institutions.

AGAIN??????? Well my niece used her credit card and payed. SO...MY QUESTION TO YOU IS???? WHY DO YOU SEND THIS TO ME IF THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE DID NOT WANT TO CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD...??
