Front desk staff very kind and friendly. The check out time is 12pm and they allow late check out with some small fee. My flight was 6pm so I requested check out at 3pm and they looked my case and waived late fee. Very kind!

It was very nice not having to take a shuttle and just going across the bridgeway to get there as quite a number of hotels I booked had reviews where people had issues with the shuttles. Breakfast was decent - the rooms were small but clean and comfy and good value for what I paid.

I picked out Ibis because it was the nearest.
I picked out Ibis because it was the nearest. Next time I'll go for the Mercure. Farther away but at least you can get dinner there and the personnel does not look as if it is seriously over-worked.

We booked the Campanile as convenient for the airport. Except taxi drivers don't know where it is so it cost far more to get here than it should. The area isn't great and I wouldn't have felt safe walking outside in the evening - not that there's anywhere to go to eat. So you're stuck with the Campanile restaurant which served up a mix of very good and very poor food.

The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

We did not like the place or the hotel. Even the Airport is nearby, the public transportation (including taxis) is non-existent. The only good thing was the restaurant in front of the hotel: great food and nice staff.

Our first visit was to meet family before they relocated for work. We found the centre ville quite charming. A very well maintained park area with fountain, children's space and the all important petanque area. A roundabout had a bandstand style centre piece giving a 360°view all around. If you are not used to a flight plath then that could be a problem, very close to Orly airport. We grew up with it in the uk and not missed it since moving to France! Our last day we went to an Italian restaurant, very accommodating with a pram and young baby + 4 adults (it had been reserved & I would recommend that you do, very popular). The RER line serves well into Paris centre and surrounding lines for tourism and workers alike. Near to our accommodation a lovely bakery was found and a small but serviceable supermarket. I'm sure we would have found much more if we had been there longer. Our first visit we had our car but walked after arriving. Which was good in preparation for our family returning to the UK at the end if the summer.
