Cet agréable T2 se compose d’une cuisine entièrement équipée, ouverte sur le séjour avec un espace salon d’où vous profiterez d’une vue directe, depuis le canapé, sur la Vilaine et ses berges aménagées. Vous disposerez également d’une chambre avec un lit double en 160 cm et une grande penderie, une salle d’eau avec douche et un WC. La grande terrasse qui entoure l'appartement est accessible depuis chacune des pièces. Vous accéderez à la place de parking depuis la rue Noël Blayau. Le logement dispose d'une connexion WiFi en fibre optique. Pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible, le linge de maison est fourni (draps, serviettes, torchon, tapis de salle de bain) ainsi que quelques consommables (café, thé, huile, sel, poivre, gel douche, savon et produit vaisselle).
