With a surface area of 150 m², it can accommodate up to 10 travellers and two babies, with views of the lake and mountains. It comprises a pretty 45 m² living room with fitted kitchen, study, lounge and dining room on the ground floor, and four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and WC) on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a large south-facing terrace, a 150 m² garden, a shared BBQ area and a parking space. BASEMENT : - Entrance hall with heated drying area for ski boots. - Separate WC. - Bike and ski storage. - A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer. GROUND FLOOR : - A 45 m² living room with connected TV and Netflix. - A dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, multi-function food processor, fridge, raclette and fondue set, etc. - Office space. 1ST FLOOR : - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and WC. - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) with en-suite shower room and WC. 2ND FLOOR : - Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160x200) and 2 pull-out beds (90X190). - Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds (90x190) and desk area. - Shower room with WC. OTHER REMARKS : - Household linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels) is not included. They can be provided on request, for a supplement of 15 per person (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Beds made up on arrival (10 per bed) - A high chair, bath and cot with bedding can be provided on request, for a supplement of 10e. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning is payable directly on site, at a cost of 90e for stays of 6 nights or less, and 150e for stays of 7 nights or more.
