The hospitality and graciousness of the staff is excellent. Very cordial and willing to help with reservations, etc. The facilities are very clean. The location is next to a street of food markets (open air) and several bistros and within a block of the Metro. The rooms are clean and modern but fairly small, with minimal hanging clothes space and essentially no drawers for storing clothes. |

The hotel was very nice. It was modern and very clean. The rooms were small but that is usually the case in Europe. The breakfast was a good continental style. The location of the hotel is excellent! We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower in the evening to sit in the park and watch the Tower light up. Also lots of cafe's very close. We would return here and also recommend this hotel to others. |

The willingness of the staff to help out with anything and everything was outstanding. From helping make reservations to a simple calling of a cab, and storing luggage before check in and after check out. Being American I like central air conditioning and while the hotel did have it, the blowers in the room could produce more flowing air. |

Location, cleanliness and comfort of beds. Facilities the hotel did not have such as tea and coffee making in the room/a hotel bar/place to have hot drinks, size of room (tiny). |

The room was quiet without street noises, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to the train station, and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were small and the splash glass door in the bathroom shower would have been better if it covered the entire length of the bath tub. We would have preferred a coffee/tea maker in the room instead of having to go downstairs in the mornings. |

It was close to the Eiffel Tower. Air Conditioning was a huge plus. Free internet access was a great bonus. |

The room was very modern and clean. The location was perfect - close to the Eifffel Tower and some great restaurants on Rue Cler. One of the rooms was on the smaller side and it was difficult to unpack much but I guess that is to be expected in Paris. |

The hotel is an excellent location with in a walking distance from Eiffel Tower & many restaurants & shops. What is really special about this hotel is the staff; everyone is devoted to provide a superior service to the guests. It felt like they were the owners of the hotel, not just employees. It was a pleasant experience for us and for sure it will be the only choice for us in our next trip to Paris. I wish if tea/coffee maker is provided in the rooms |

Staff friendly, bilingual and helpful. Room small, but well appointed, some interesting design ideas. A/C excellent. Lobby tiny but serves good coffee. Street gets lively evenings, many eating places and small shops. |

Staff were very friendly and quite accomodating. The air conditioning worked very well. Location was excellent; the hotel was a 15 second walk to Rue Cler and a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Only a minute's walk to multiple cafes! Cable TV was out for 2 days. The room was tiny compared to American standards but was reasonable for Paris -- especially for the price. There were no drawers for storage though. |

Very clean and well layed out rooms. Also, located in a very nice area. The rooms were very small, which meant for a 7 day stay there was not enough room to put your clothes and suitcase away. |

The hotel is close enough walk to the Eiffel Tower. The contemporay look of the hotel interior. The rate of $270 Euros per night was high when compared to other hotels we stayed in while in Europe. Was better than other hotels but not worth twice the money. |

Great location. great looking rooms. small but this is normal for Paris. Staff were great. Good Value for money The only bad thing about the Hotel was noise. You can hear people in corridors. my room was oppposite the cleaners closet. every morning at 8 we were woken by squeeky do. buckets banging and cleaners talking. street noise was loud. ie cars and mopeds however there is not alot of traffic so it was ok. overall good value for money. |
