Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 1,200 m² garden. The accommodation comprises - 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with 2 twin beds (90×200) that can be brought together to make a double bed (180×200) and wardrobe. - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A private, secure swimming pool (4x2.5 m) with two benches, one of which is a whirlpool.
