The accommodation comprises First floor - 26 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Laundry room with washing machine - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190) - Bathroom with shower and double basins - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A beautiful 815 m² shared garden + 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
